Thinking of travelling with your toniebox
Whether you are travelling by pram, car or plan if you are thinking of leaving the house with your toniebox there are 2 essential items you need
1 - A Tonie Bag
Because lets face it how do you think you are carrying it around? A toniebag is an essential item as when you take your toniebox out its likely you are taking some tonies with you. And if you are travelling a little further from home or over night you may need to take a number of tonies, the charger and potentially some headphones.
Why you might want to buy the tonie bag over putting your toniebox in a random bag?
The tonie bag is specifically designed to fit your box perfectly so that not only is it protected from being bumped or knocked around it also has a little opening at the front so the speaker isn't covered. Allowing your little ones to use their toniebox while it is within the bag.
It has pockets to secure your tonies in place as well as room big enough to fit your charging station and headphones.
2 - A Tether
A tether (while not an official tonie accessory) is the perfect way to keep your tonies from getting lost while out and about. They attach your tonie to your box making it much harder for the tonies to run away.
And for the tonies not in use or if you are using the tonies within your bag. You can attach the tonies to the bag so they cant escape the bag!
Charging Station Stand.
So it turns out I'm a little OCD and I like clean lines and no gaps, and when the tonie box is sitting on its charger it looks like its hovering in the air unbalanced and wobbly which apparently does my head in. 😊 So I have designed a little stand so that the charger sits within the stand and the tonie box sits flush on top.
There are 2 versions
1 - Thin stand which just eliminates the gap between the table and the toniebox
2 - A thicker stand which allows for customisation on the front.
Tonie Storage
Just like all small children's toys, Tonie figurines have a habit of growing legs and running away. So best to work out some kid of storage system.
If you prefer to display your tonies a metal shelf works wonders as the magnets on the bottom of the tonies will keep them securely on the shelf.
Alternatively any kind of box, bag or draw will work to keep your tonies all in one place.
